STEP 1 – ENTRIES 2025
Download the entry form and save this to your computer. You will need to open/edit this using Excel.
There are 3 (work)sheets in this file – Boys, Girls & Relays. Please ensure the correct data goes into the correct sheet.
Make sure to enter the School Name in the first column. This is only needed once.
Enter each athlete’s first name, surname and date of birth. The correct age grade will be entered automatically. Put X in the relevant event column(s).
If a Minor athlete is competing as a Junior then you should place J instead of X in the event column(s).

* Minor Events for Munster: 75m Hurdles, 100m, 800m, Long Jump, Shot, High Jump & 4 x 100m Relay.
# Minor Events for North Munster ONLY: 200m, 1500m & Javelin.
Minors & Juniors may only compete in ONE middle distance event – either 800m OR 1500m
Laned events – in 2025, 3 to qualify from North Munster for Munsters in all laned events up to and including 400m
U16 may only compete in either U16 Mile OR Inter 1500m.
Race Walks may be combined or distance reduced at the discretion of officials. Junior/Inter/Senior only.
Pole Vault – open entry to Munster Schools Championships – Junior/Inter/Senior only.
Hammer – please contact Greg Ashe if you have any hammer throwers. This event may be direct entry to Munster.
Steeplechase– please contact Greg Ashe if you have any steeplechasers. This event may be direct entry to Munster.
Save As putting the name of your school as the file name. Make sure it uniquely identifies your school (eg stjoestulla.xls not stjoes.xls)
Attach the Excel entry form to an email. Please make sure the saved Excel file is attached. Please do not share via Office365 or attach in any other format as these cannot be processed.

POSTAL ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
STEP 2 – PAYMENT
Please bring correct full payment (cash or cheque payable to “North Munster Schools Athletic Association“). No fee – no numbers. Please do NOT post entry fees in advance.
Count your athletes and count your relay teams. Entry fee due is calculated as €5 per athlete per event + €10 per relay team.
If your school is not already affiliated please go to the REGISTRATION section of this website. Once you complete the initial registration you will receive confirmation from ISAA. Please forward this to info@northmunsterschoolsathletics.org. Once you have done this you are cleared to compete. The ISAA will issue an invoice and payment details in due course.
Schools who are not affiliated will not be able to participate under any circumstances. This is due to insurance implications.
