All hammer throwers must provide their own regulation hammer. Only 2 athletes from same school per event Only 2 events (+ relay) per athlete per day First 3 in all events qualify for Munster Track & Field on 19th May U16 Mile on Day 2 will be open for entries on the day.

The North Munster Schools Track & Field will take place on Tuesday 8th May in Castleisland and Thursday 10th May in UL.
